Service Description

Yin is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the shoulders, knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).  A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 2 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.  This class is open to all levels of experience. * Please have a yoga mat, blocks and small available for class.

Cancellation Policy

When you book your session, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation is necessary, please contact me as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Thank you for your consideration.
