Mindfulness Yoga, rooted in the Kripalu tradition, is a gentle practice designed to awaken and align the body’s energy, quiet the mind, and cultivate deep inner connection. Through a combination of breathwork, mindful movement, and posture flows, students are invited to explore both strength and ease within their own unique range of motion. Classes are welcoming and accessible to all levels of experience.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that helps you come home to the present moment. Through gentle awareness of the breath, body, thoughts, and emotions, we learn to meet each moment with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance.

Whether you are brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build greater clarity, calm, and resilience. All are welcome — no experience necessary.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE​

SPECIAL CLASS FOR MARCH

  • Thursday, March 12 & 26 - 6:00pm: Yoga + Yin
    Join me for a balanced evening practice that blends mindful movement with deep stillness.
    We’ll begin with a gentle, all-level flow to warm the body, connect with the breath, and build steady, grounded strength. The flow will be accessible and thoughtfully paced, with clear options for all experience levels.In the second half of class, we’ll transition into Yin — longer-held, supported postures that target connective tissue, encourage joint mobility, and invite the nervous system to settle. This combination of yang (active) and yin (receptive) creates space for both effort and surrender.

 

Perfect for all levels. No prior experience needed.
