Service Description

Class will begin with some mindful movement (40 min) and then we’ll sit for a guided mindfulness meditation (10 min). You don’t need any experience to join. Just an open mind and time and space to be present. Mindful movement can help you tap into that space beyond your busy mind where you are already calm and clear. By focusing on the breath while doing some simple movements you can synchronize your mind and body with breath and rhythm. Mindfulness Meditation is the process of purposely bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment.

Cancellation Policy

When you book your session, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation is necessary, please contact me as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Thank you for your consideration.
