Mindfulness Meditation is the process of purposely bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment. Enjoy a sense of peace and inner stillness as we explore a variety of mindfulness meditation practices together. Each session will include a brief talk on the topic, a meditation and space to ask questions or share. 30 min class. No experience necessary.
When you book your session, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation is necessary, please contact me as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Thank you for your consideration.
